The status section gives you an overview of your entire environment. From here you can get a birds-eye view of the coverage of your scanning and how recently different machines have been scanned. In the top left you can toggle between agent/user managed and credentialed scanning. Below that is the overview of your coverage and how recent your data is. The more green, the more current and complete your network scanning information is. Below this is a paginated table showing all of the information for each scanned host in your network. The table and filters differ slightly based on whether you are looking at agent/user managed based or traditional credential based scanning.

Scanning Status

For Agent and user managed scans, you can filter by hostname and agent version. The table will show you the host name, the latest check-in of the agent/user managed, the last successful agent/user managed scan, and the agent/user managed version.

For credential based scans, you have a bit more information. You can also see the hostname and the last successful scan, but additionally you can see all the ip addresses associated with each host, the last credential used for that host, the scan groups that that host is a member of and the ability to test the scan group configuration directly from this status dashboard. This is covered in more in the scan group section of this documentation.

Scanning Status

For any of the versions of scanning, it is also possible to click on segments of the donuts in the visual to filter by that given category. For example, in the credentialed scan interface, there are two donut sharts. One shows the breakdown of ages of the hosts, and the other shows a breakdown of the different scan groups that have been scanned. To apply the age of a host as a filter, click on either the age in the legend, or directly on the section of the donut. For scan groups it is possible to apply more than one scan group at a time as a filter. Simply click on multiple legend and/or donut sections. In either case, to remove a category as a filter, simply click on the legend item or donut section again.
