Sensitve Assets

Use the filters and search bar to identify your business critical assets and assign them an impact score. The typical workflow is:

The numeric weights assigned to each asset have no specific meaning, but they should be assigned in the context of other assets. For instance, if one asset would cost your organization twice as much in a breach scenario than another asset, then its weight should be twice as large as the latter. Examples of sensitive assets would include read access to a sensitive shared folder, sensitive data stored in specific databases on a server, etc.

Once you have filtered down to a set of assets you would like to assign an impact score to, you have 2 options for assigning a score. If they will all be receiving the same score, you can check all the rows and bulk assign them by clicking the "Edit [n] Records" button and choosing an impact score. Alternatively, you can edit each asset individually by filling in a value in the input in the "Impact" column.
